to start, click the button below to choose which class you are interested in

after purchasing the class, if it is online you will SHORTLY RECEIVE an email providing you with the zoom link to the live class. please be ready 5-10 minutes before the class goes live. any problems, email me sara@honeybeatfitness.co.uk
